yarn can be a cruel mistress sometimes. you love it so, but sometimes the furry bastard just doesn’t seem to love you back! because knitting is such a slow artform (even after taking my speed knitting class) it can be brutal to realize a sweater you just spent 10,000 hours on isn’t anything like what you intended.
in order to avoid these potentially apocalyptic scenarios it’s vital to make sure you know what you’re doing before you knit a single stitch. i sure as fook haven’t always followed that rule, and i have the samples to prove it!
in this single-session workshop i’ll be covering all the things you need to know to make sure your next project won’t end up traumatizing you for life. from choosing the right yarns and needles to swatching and modifying patterns, you’ll leave with your confidence restored and your love for woolly things rekindled!
